Awards for "S no Tame no Oboegaki: Kagomeso Renzoku Satsujin Jiken." Known for intricate plotting, carefully crafted foreshadowing, and psychological suspense rooted in everyday life, she has built a career across both novels and manga. Her best-known work, "Otto no Hone" ("My Husband's Bones"), is a collection of mystery stories exploring the hidden tensions within families and marriages, and won the Mystery Writers of Japan Award for Best Short Story.
