Masayasu Yasuoka (1931–2021) was a Japanese businessman and scholar of Eastern thought. The second son of the renowned philosopher Masahiro Yasuoka, he graduated from Waseda University and spent most of his business career at Nippon Express, where he served in senior executive positions, including Managing Director. After retiring from the company, he became Chairman of the Kyogaku Training Institute and Masahiro Yasuoka Memorial Museum, dedicating himself to preserving and promoting his father's teachings and the study of Eastern philosophy. In addition to authoring Learning from the Three Classics of Governance, he edited and supervised numerous volumes of Masahiro Yasuoka's writings, helping apply traditional Eastern wisdom to modern leadership and personal development.
