安原 実津（YASUHARA Mitsu）- 翻訳家

安原実津（やすはら みつ）は、ドイツ語の小説やノンフィクションを日本語に訳す翻訳家。トーマス・クニューヴァーの『グデリアの死んだ家』では、洪水に襲われる町で避難を拒む老女の現在と、失われた息子をめぐる過去が交差する物語を訳している。ロルフ・ドベリの『Think clearly』では、認知や意思決定に関する研究を日々の思考に結びつける考察を紹介。同じ著者の『News Diet』では、ニュースを絶えず追い続ける生活を問い直し、注意や時間の使い方を見直す提案を伝える。宇宙を舞台にした長編SFシリーズ〈宇宙英雄ローダン〉の翻訳にも参加し、『ゲシール捕縛指令』などを手がけている。

Mitsu Yasuhara is a Japanese translator working from German, with publications in fiction and nonfiction. Thomas Knüwer’s novel published in Japanese as “Guderias Shinda Ie” intertwines an elderly woman’s refusal to evacuate during a flood with memories surrounding her lost son. Rolf Dobelli’s “The Art of the Good Life,” published in Japanese as “Think clearly,” connects research on judgment and decision-making with everyday thought. Dobelli’s “Stop Reading the News,” issued in Japanese as “News Diet,” questions constant news consumption and considers how readers allocate attention and time. Yasuhara also contributes to the long-running science-fiction series “Perry Rhodan.”
