柳田 充弘（YANAGIDA Mitsuhiro） - 分子細胞生物学者

柳田充弘（やなぎだ みつひろ）は、京都大学などで研究を進めた分子細胞生物学者。国内外の研究機関で研鑽を積み、京都大学の生命科学研究科の創設にも貢献した。『DNA学のすすめ』などの著作では、生命を分子と細胞の働きから理解するための視点を一般読者に伝えている。

Mitsuhiro Yanagida is a molecular and cellular biologist whose career includes research at Kyoto University and institutions abroad. He helped establish Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Biostudies. His writing for general readers introduces ways of understanding life through the activities of molecules and cells.
