ヤン・マッティ・ドルバウム（Jan Matti Dollbaum、1989–） ドイツの政治学者。フリブール大学助教授。ハイデルベルク、マインツ、サンクトペテルブルク、ロンドンで学び、ブレーメン大学で博士号を取得。権威主義体制における抗議運動や社会運動、政党政治を専門とし、ロシアをはじめとする旧ソ連圏の政治を研究している。モルヴァン・ラルーエ、ベン・ノーブルとの共著『ナワリヌイ プーチンがもっとも恐れる男の真実』（原題 "Navalny: Putin's Nemesis, Russia's Future?"）では、ロシアの反体制派指導者アレクセイ・ナワリヌイの政治活動をたどりながら、汚職告発や選挙運動、街頭抗議、インターネットを駆使してプーチン体制に対抗する運動を築いていった過程と、ロシアの権威主義体制がそれをどのように抑圧してきたのかを分析している。
Jan Matti Dollbaum (1989–) A German political scientist and assistant professor of comparative politics at the University of Fribourg. He studied in Heidelberg, Mainz, St. Petersburg, and London and received his Ph.D. from the University of Bremen. His research focuses on protest movements, social movements, and party politics under authoritarian rule, particularly in Russia and other post-Soviet states. In "Navalny: Putin's Nemesis, Russia's Future?," co-authored with Morvan Lallouet and Ben Noble, he traces Alexei Navalny's political career and the movement built around him, examining how anti-corruption investigations, electoral campaigns, street protests, and digital media were used to challenge Vladimir Putin's system and how the Russian authoritarian state responded to that challenge.
