高橋陽一（たかはし よういち、1960–）は、日本の漫画家。1980年に『キャプテン翼』でデビューし、翌年の連載開始とともに日本に空前のサッカーブームを巻き起こした。同作はアニメ化を機に海外でも広く親しまれ、世界中の多くのプロサッカー選手に影響を与えるなど、スポーツ漫画の枠を超えた国際的な文化現象となった。代表作『キャプテン翼』は、仲間との友情や努力、挑戦を描くとともに、世界のサッカー文化の発展にも大きな足跡を残した作品として読み継がれている。
Yoichi Takahashi (1960–) is a Japanese manga artist. He made his debut with "Captain Tsubasa" in 1980, and the series quickly sparked a nationwide soccer boom after its serialization began the following year. Adapted into anime and distributed around the world, it inspired generations of footballers—including many international stars—and became one of the most influential sports manga ever created. His landmark work, "Captain Tsubasa", is celebrated not only for its exciting portrayal of friendship, perseverance, and competition, but also for its lasting impact on the global growth of the sport.
