武田 善憲（takeda yoshinori）- 外交官、在ロシア日本国大使館二等書記官

武田善憲（たけだ よしのり、1973年–）は、日本の外交官。早稲田大学政治経済学部を卒業し、東京大学大学院を経て2000年に外務省へ入省した。モスクワ国立国際関係大学大学院を修了後、在ロシア日本国大使館勤務、外務省欧州局中央アジア・コーカサス室長、国際情報官、大臣官房報道課長などを歴任している。『ロシアの論理――復活した大国は何を目指すか』では、ロシア勤務の経験をもとに、プーチン政権下の内政、外交、資源戦略を動かす独自の「ゲームのルール」を分析した。

Yoshinori Takeda (born 1973) is a Japanese diplomat. After graduating from Waseda University and pursuing graduate studies at the University of Tokyo, he joined Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2000. He later completed a master’s degree at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and has held posts at the Japanese Embassy in Russia and within the ministry’s divisions for Central Asia, intelligence, and press relations. In “Roshia no Ronri: Fukkatsu Shita Taikoku wa Nani o Mez asu ka,” he draws on his experience in Russia to examine the distinctive rules shaping the Putin government’s domestic politics, diplomacy, and natural-resource strategy.
