竹倉史人(たけくら ふみと、1976年–)は、日本の人類学者、独立研究者。東京大学文学部で宗教学・宗教史学を学び、東京工業大学大学院博士課程を満期退学した。神話や儀礼、考古遺物の分析を通じて人類の精神史を研究し、武蔵野大学客員教授も務める。『土偶を読む――130年間解かれなかった縄文神話の謎』では、縄文土偶を植物や貝類をかたどった精霊像とみる仮説を提示し、第43回サントリー学芸賞を受賞するとともに、考古学界で議論を呼んだ。
Fumito Takekura (born 1976) is a Japanese anthropologist and independent researcher. He studied religion and the history of religions at the University of Tokyo and completed the coursework for a doctoral program at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. Through the analysis of myths, rituals, and archaeological objects, he examines the intellectual and spiritual history of humankind, while also serving as a visiting professor at Musashino University. In “Dogu o Yomu: 130-nenkan Tokarenakatta Jomon Shinwa no Nazo,” he proposed that Jomon dogu represented spirits modeled on plants and shellfish; the book received the 43rd Suntory Prize for Social Sciences and Humanities and generated debate among archaeologists.
