TAJIRI (born 1970) is a Japanese professional wrestler, author, and essayist. After competing in Mexico, Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), he became internationally known for his distinctive in-ring style and long career on the global wrestling stage. Alongside his wrestling career, he has written extensively about the culture and craft of professional wrestling. His best-known book, "Shin: What Do Professional Wrestlers Show the Audience?," reflects on the art of professional wrestling, examining performance, psychology, and the relationship between wrestlers and spectators through his own experiences.
