瀬口 忍（せぐち しのぶ、1970年生まれ）は、日本の漫画家。1990年代から漫画家として活動し、社会の周縁に生きる人々や若者たちの葛藤、暴力、友情、人間関係を力強く描いた作品で知られている。代表作に、少年院を舞台にした『囚人リク』や、格闘技と青春をテーマにした『ボスレノマ ～「囚人リク」外伝～』などがある。迫力あるアクション描写と人間味あふれるキャラクター造形を特徴とし、過酷な状況の中で生きる人々の絆や成長を描く漫画家として高く評価されている。
Shinobu Seguchi (born 1970) is a Japanese manga artist. Active since the 1990s, he is known for powerful stories that portray young people and individuals living on the margins of society, exploring themes of conflict, violence, friendship, and human relationships. His best-known works include Prisoner Riku, a manga set in a juvenile detention facility, and Boss Renoma, a spin-off of Prisoner Riku. Characterized by dynamic action sequences and emotionally compelling characters, Seguchi is highly regarded for depicting resilience, personal growth, and human bonds under harsh circumstances.
