B. Sebastian Reiche is a German management scholar specializing in global people management. He earned his PhD from the University of Melbourne and is Professor of Managing People in Organizations at IESE Business School in Spain. His research examines global mobility, global leadership, cultural and linguistic differences, and knowledge transfer within international organizations. In “Proximity: How to Balance Belonging and Difference in Today’s Workplace,” he explores how organizations can create a sense of connection while preserving individual differences, enabling diverse employees to collaborate across cultural and organizational boundaries.
