サイラグル・サウトバイ（Sayragul Sauytbay、1977–） 教育者、人権活動家。中国・新疆ウイグル自治区で勤務した後、カザフスタンへ逃れ、新疆の再教育施設の実態を証言したことで国際的に知られるようになった。新疆における人権問題や少数民族への抑圧について各国で講演や証言を行い、国際社会にその実情を伝える活動を続けている。代表作『収容所（ラーゲリ）から来た遺書』（原題: "The Chief Witness: Escape from China's Modern-Day Concentration Camps"）は、自身が目撃した新疆の再教育施設の実態と、そこからの脱出、証言に至るまでの経緯を記した回想録である。
Sayragul Sauytbay (born 1977) is a Kazakh educator, human rights advocate, and survivor who became internationally known after speaking publicly about China's re-education camps in Xinjiang. After fleeing China, she emerged as one of the first former detainees to provide firsthand testimony about the conditions inside the camps, bringing global attention to the treatment of Uyghurs and other ethnic minorities. Her best-known book, "The Chief Witness: Escape from China's Modern-Day Concentration Camps," is a memoir recounting her experiences, escape, and decision to bear witness to what she saw in Xinjiang.
