サンダー・ヴァン・ダー・リンデン（Sander van der Linden） 社会心理学者。イェール大学教授。専門は誤情報、陰謀論、気候変動、情報行動で、人々が偽情報に影響される心理的メカニズムや、それを防ぐための手法を研究している。とりわけ、誤情報への「心理的ワクチン（inoculation）」という考え方を発展させ、SNSや生成AIの時代における情報リテラシー研究を牽引している。代表作『フェイクニュースの免疫学――信じたくなる心理と虚偽の構造』（原題: "Foolproof: Why Misinformation Infects Our Minds and How to Build Immunity"）は、偽情報が広がる心理的な仕組みを解説するとともに、それに惑わされにくくなるための実践的なアプローチを紹介した一冊である。
Sander van der Linden is a Dutch social psychologist and Professor of Social Psychology in Society at Yale University. His research focuses on misinformation, conspiracy theories, climate change communication, and the psychology of persuasion. He is widely known for developing the concept of psychological "inoculation" against misinformation, exploring how people can be made more resilient to false or misleading information in the age of social media and generative AI. His best-known book, "Foolproof: Why Misinformation Infects Our Minds and How to Build Immunity," explains the psychology behind misinformation and presents evidence-based strategies for resisting it.
