澤浦 彰治（さわうら しょうじ、1964–） 農業経営者。グリンリーフ株式会社代表取締役、株式会社野菜くらぶ代表取締役。群馬県昭和村で就農後、こんにゃく価格の暴落を機に経営改革に取り組み、有機農業、生産・加工・販売を一体化した事業モデルを構築した。家族経営から全国規模の農業ネットワークへと事業を発展させ、日本の農業経営の先駆的な実践者として知られる。代表作『農業で成功するために本当に大切なこと』は、30年以上にわたる農業経営の経験をもとに、商品開発や販路開拓、人材育成、ブランド戦略まで、持続可能な農業経営の実践を説いた一冊である。
Shoji Sawaura (born 1964) is a Japanese agricultural entrepreneur and the President of Green Leaf Co., Ltd. and Yasai Club Co., Ltd. After beginning his career on his family's farm in Gunma Prefecture, he transformed a struggling konjac business into a successful integrated agricultural enterprise by combining organic farming with food processing, branding, and direct marketing. Widely recognized as a pioneer of modern agricultural management in Japan, he has demonstrated how sustainable farming can be built on entrepreneurial innovation. His best-known work, "What Really Matters for Success in Agriculture," draws on more than three decades of practical experience to explain the principles of sustainable agricultural management, from product development and marketing to organizational leadership and brand building.
