阪上 誠（SAKAGAMI Makoto）- 人材採用・人材育成分野実務家

阪上誠（さかがみ・まこと、1974年生まれ）は、日本の人材育成・採用戦略の専門家、経営者。立命館大学卒業。建設資材商社を経て、テクノプログループで営業、新会社の立ち上げ、事業会社の支店長、新規プロジェクト企画などを歴任。現在はテクノプロ・デザイン社採用本部長として、人材採用と人材開発を通じた組織づくりを推進するとともに、情報経営イノベーション専門職大学客員教授も務める。エンジニアのキャリア形成と持続的成長をテーマに講演・執筆活動を行い、著書に『エンジニアの持続的成長 37のヒント』がある。

Makoto Sakagami (born 1974) is a Japanese human resources executive, author, and expert in talent development. After graduating from Ritsumeikan University, he began his career in the building materials industry before joining the TechnoPro Group, where he held a variety of leadership roles in sales, business development, and organizational management. He currently serves as Head of Recruitment at TechnoPro Design Company and is also a Visiting Professor at iU – Professional University of Information and Management for Innovation. His work focuses on recruitment strategy, talent development, and the long-term career growth of engineers. He is the author of "37 Tips for Sustainable Growth as an Engineer" ("Engineer no Jizokuteki Seichō: 37 no Hinto").
