ルビー・タンドー(Ruby Tandoh、1992–)は、イギリスの料理研究家、フードライター、ジャーナリスト。食文化や料理を、健康志向や成功主義に縛られない「食べる喜び」という視点から捉え直す著作で知られ、新聞や雑誌にも幅広く寄稿している。代表作『Eat Up!』(未邦訳)は、食べることへの罪悪感や食の固定観念に異議を唱え、食事を純粋な楽しみとして取り戻すことを提案した一冊で、多くの読者の共感を集めた。2013年には英国の人気番組『The Great British Bake Off』のファイナリストとしても注目を集めた。
