ルチアーノ・フロリディ（Luciano Floridi、1964年 - ）は、イタリア出身の哲学者。情報哲学、技術哲学、デジタル倫理を専門とし、情報を単なるコンピュータ上のデータではなく、人間や社会、環境を理解するための基本的な概念として捉える「情報哲学」を体系的に研究してきた。さらに、インターネットやAI、ビッグデータなどのデジタル技術が、プライバシーや責任、人間の意思決定、社会制度をどのように変えるのかを倫理的・哲学的な観点から論じている。代表作『情報哲学大全』（原題 The Philosophy of Information）では、「情報とは何か」という問いを出発点に、知識や真理、意味、現実との関係を検討し、情報を中心に世界を捉え直すための哲学的枠組みを提示している。
