Robin Reames（ロビン・リームス）は、アメリカの古典学者、修辞学研究者、作家。古代ギリシャ・ローマの修辞学や政治思想を専門とし、イリノイ大学シカゴ校で英語学および修辞学を教えている。古典修辞学を現代社会に応用する研究で知られ、説得力のあるコミュニケーションや民主主義における言論のあり方について、古代の知恵を現代の政治や社会に結び付けて論じている。2024年刊行の『レトリック思考―民主主義を破滅に導いた驚異の心理操作術』（原題：The Ancient Art of Thinking for Yourself: The Power of Rhetoric in Polarized Times）では、古代ギリシャ・ローマの修辞学を手がかりに、分断が深まる現代社会で、自ら考え、他者に惑わされず建設的な対話を行うための思考法を提示している。
