略歴（Biography）
呂 嘉俊（ロイ・ガージョン／Lui Ka Chun）は、香港の作家、コラムニスト、編集者。香港の飲食文化を専門とし、グルメ情報誌『飲食男女』で長年、執行編集を務めた後、2018年よりフリーのコラムニストとして香港の各メディアで執筆活動を行っている。2020年には独立出版社「字字研究所」を設立し、2022年には同名の書店を開設するなど、香港の食文化やローカルカルチャーの発信にも尽力してきた。著書『味緣香港』をはじめとする作品では、食を歴史、地理、経済、政治、文化と結び付けて考察し、香港社会の魅力と変遷を独自の視点で描いている。香港の食文化を代表する書き手の一人として高く評価されている。
Lui Ka Chun (Roy Lui) is a Hong Kong writer, columnist, and editor specializing in food culture. He served for many years as Executive Editor of the influential food magazine Eating & Drinking (Yam Sik Nam Lui) before becoming a freelance columnist in 2018, contributing to a variety of Hong Kong media outlets. In 2020, he founded the independent publishing house ZZ Research Institute and later opened a bookstore of the same name, promoting books on food, culture, film, and the arts. Through works such as Taste of Hong Kong, Lui examines food from the perspectives of history, geography, economics, politics, and culture, revealing how cuisine reflects the identity and transformation of Hong Kong society. He is widely regarded as one of the leading contemporary writers on Hong Kong's culinary culture.
