ロイド・ブランクファイン（Lloyd Blankfein、1954年 - ）は、アメリカの投資銀行家。ニューヨークのブロンクスに生まれ、ブルックリンの公営住宅で育つ。ハーバード大学、ハーバード・ロースクールを卒業し、弁護士として勤務した後、1982年にゴールドマン・サックス傘下のJ・アロンに入社。貴金属、為替、債券などのトレーディング部門でキャリアを重ね、2006年にゴールドマン・サックスの会長兼CEOに就任した。2008年の世界金融危機では同社を率い、銀行持株会社への移行や資本増強などを通じて金融市場の混乱に対応した。2018年にCEOを退任。回想録『Streetwise: Getting to and Through Goldman Sachs』（未邦訳）では、ブルックリンでの少年時代からウォール街の頂点に至るまでの自身の歩みとともに、ゴールドマン・サックスの企業文化、リスク管理、2008年の金融危機で直面した意思決定を当事者の視点から振り返っている。
Lloyd Blankfein (born 1954) is an American investment banker and former chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs. Born in the Bronx and raised in public housing in Brooklyn, he graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Law School and worked as a lawyer before joining J. Aron, a Goldman Sachs subsidiary, in 1982. He rose through the firm's commodities, currency, and fixed-income businesses and became chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs in 2006. He led the firm through the 2008 global financial crisis, including its transition into a bank holding company, and stepped down as CEO in 2018. In his memoir "Streetwise: Getting to and Through Goldman Sachs," Blankfein recounts his journey from Brooklyn to the top of Wall Street while offering an insider's account of Goldman Sachs's culture, risk management, leadership, and the decisions he faced during the global financial crisis.
