マイケル・ダートウゾス（Michael L. Michael L. Dertouzos (1936–2001) was a Greek-born American computer scientist and one of the pioneers of the information age. After earning his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he joined its faculty and served as Director of the MIT Laboratory for Computer Science from 1974 until his death in 2001. Under his leadership, the laboratory became one of the world''s foremost centers for computer science research, contributing to advances in networking, distributed computing, and human-computer interaction. Dertouzos was an influential advocate for human-centered computing, arguing that information technology should be designed to serve people rather than the other way around. His notable books include "What Will Be: How the New World of Information Will Change Our Lives," "The Unfinished Revolution: Human-Centered Computers and What They Can Do for Us," and "Made in America: Regaining the Productive Edge" (co-authored with Richard K.
