メアリー＝フランシス・オコナー（Mary-Frances O'Connor） アメリカの心理学者、神経科学者。アリゾナ大学教授。悲嘆（グリーフ）と脳科学を専門とし、大切な人を失ったときに脳や心にどのような変化が起こるのかを研究している。『悲嘆の脳科学: 最愛の人を失ったとき脳では何が起きているのか』（原題 "The Grieving Brain: The Surprising Science of How We Learn from Love and Loss"）は、脳科学や心理学の研究成果をもとに、喪失を経験した脳が新たな現実に適応していく仕組みをわかりやすく解説している。
Mary-Frances O'Connor is an American psychologist and neuroscientist.
