マーガレット・オメーラ（Margaret O'Mara、1970–）は、アメリカの歴史学者。ワシントン大学歴史学部教授（Scott and Dorothy Bullitt Chair of American History）を務め、アメリカ政治史とテクノロジー産業史を専門としている。クリントン政権ではホワイトハウスや保健福祉省で政策立案に携わった経験を持ち、その後はシリコンバレーの形成やハイテク産業と政府・大学との関係を歴史学の視点から研究してきた。著書『The Code シリコンバレー全史』（原題：The Code: Silicon Valley and the Remaking of America）は、シリコンバレーの発展を企業家だけでなく、政府、大学、軍事研究など幅広い要素から描いた通史として高く評価されている。
Margaret O'Mara (1970–) is an American historian and Professor of History at the University of Washington, where she holds the Scott and Dorothy Bullitt Chair of American History. Specializing in the history of American politics and the high-tech economy, she previously served in the Clinton administration, working on economic and social policy in the White House and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Her scholarship explores the relationship between government, universities, and the technology industry.
