マーセル・ディルサス（Marcel Dirsus） ドイツ生まれの政治学者。独裁体制やクーデター、政権崩壊を専門とし、権威主義国家の政治や安全保障について研究・執筆を行っている。キール世界経済研究所の非常勤研究員などを務め、各国の政策機関や国際メディアにも知見を提供している。『独裁者の倒し方: 暴君たちの実は危うい権力構造』（原題 "How Tyrants Fall: And How Nations Survive"）は、歴史上の独裁者たちの失脚を比較しながら、独裁体制が崩壊する要因と、その後に国家が直面する課題を考察している。
Marcel Dirsus is a German political scientist specializing in authoritarianism, coups, and regime change. His research examines how dictatorships survive, why they collapse, and what determines whether countries can successfully transition afterward. He has been affiliated with institutions including the Kiel Institute for the World Economy and has advised policymakers and contributed to international media. His best-known book, "How Tyrants Fall: And How Nations Survive," compares the downfall of dictators across history to explain why authoritarian regimes collapse and the challenges countries face in the aftermath.
