マディソン・スマート・ベル（1957年–）は、アメリカの小説家。ハイチ革命を描く三部作の第1作『All Souls' Rising』（未邦訳）は、1995年の全米図書賞最終候補となった。人種や植民地支配をめぐる対立を、革命に関わる人々の視点から描いている。初期の短編集『ゼロ・デシベル』（Zero db and Other Stories）は邦訳されている。
Madison Smartt Bell (born 1957) is an American novelist. All Souls' Rising (untranslated into Japanese), the first volume of his trilogy about the Haitian Revolution, was a finalist for the 1995 National Book Award. The novel portrays conflicts over race and colonial rule through the lives of people caught up in the revolution. His earlier story collection Zero db and Other Stories (『ゼロ・デシベル』) has been translated into Japanese.
