略歴（Biography）
松川正毅（まつかわ ただき、1952年 - ）は、日本の法学者、弁護士。大阪大学名誉教授、大阪学院大学法学部教授。民法、とりわけ親族法・相続法とフランス法を専門とし、家族法や遺言、相続、成年後見などを研究してきた。長年にわたり法学教育にも携わり、主著『民法 親族・相続』は改訂を重ねている。『考えを創る、考えを伝える AI時代の思考のレッスン』では、AIが容易に答えや文章を生成する時代に、人間が自分自身の考えをどのように生み出し、それを他者に伝えるのかを考察。長年の研究と教育の経験をもとに、異なる考えを組み合わせながら思考を組み立て、言葉として表現するための方法を提示している。
Tadaki Matsukawa (born 1952) is a Japanese legal scholar and attorney specializing in civil law, particularly family and inheritance law, as well as French law. He is Professor Emeritus at Osaka University and a professor at the Faculty of Law at Osaka Gakuin University. His research has addressed family law, wills, inheritance, and adult guardianship, and he has also devoted much of his career to legal education. In "Kangae o Tsukuru, Kangae o Tsutaeru: AI Jidai no Shiko no Lesson" ("Creating and Communicating Ideas: Lessons in Thinking for the AI Age"), Matsukawa examines how people can develop and communicate their own ideas at a time when AI can readily generate answers and text. Drawing on his experience as a scholar and educator, he presents methods for combining different perspectives, developing independent thought, and expressing it clearly in words.
