松田康博（まつだ・やすひろ、1965年生まれ）は、日本の政治学者。東京大学東洋文化研究所教授、大学院情報学環教授。麗澤大学卒業後、東京外国語大学大学院で修士（国際学）を取得し、慶應義塾大学で博士（法学）を取得。防衛庁（現・防衛省）防衛研究所主任研究官などを経て、2008年に東京大学へ着任した。専門は東アジア国際政治、中国・台湾の政治外交、安全保障、中台関係で、日本を代表する台湾・中国研究者の一人として知られる。政府の有識者会議委員も歴任し、東アジア情勢や日本の安全保障政策について積極的に発信している。著書に『台湾における一党独裁体制の成立』『日台関係史 1945–2020』（共著）、『中国と台湾―危機と均衡の政治学』などがある。

Yasuhiro Matsuda (born 1965) is a Japanese political scientist and Professor at the Institute for Advanced Studies on Asia and the Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Information Studies, the University of Tokyo. After graduating from Reitaku University, he earned a master's degree in International Studies from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and a Ph.D. in Law from Keio University. Following a sixteen-year career at Japan's National Institute for Defense Studies, he joined the University of Tokyo in 2008. His research focuses on East Asian international politics, the politics and foreign relations of China and Taiwan, cross-Strait relations, and Japan's foreign and security policy. Widely regarded as one of Japan's leading experts on Taiwan and cross-Strait affairs, he has also served on numerous government advisory panels. His notable books include "The Formation of the One-Party Dictatorship in Taiwan," "A History of Japan–Taiwan Relations, 1945–2020" (co-authored), and "China and Taiwan: The Politics of Crisis and Equilibrium."
