前田 裕之（まえだ ひろゆき、1962–） 文筆家、元日本経済新聞編集委員。東京大学経済学部卒業後、日本経済新聞社で経済記者、編集委員などを務め、経済政策や経済学の歴史、金融をテーマに取材・執筆を続けてきた。独立後は、経済学の発展や政策形成の背景を一般読者にもわかりやすく解説する著作を発表している。代表作『東大の経済学―激流の150年史』は、東京大学の歩みを軸に、日本の経済学がたどってきた発展と変遷を描いた経済学史の書として知られている。

Hiroyuki Maeda (born 1962) is a Japanese writer and former editorial writer for *Nikkei*. After graduating from the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Economics, he worked as an economic journalist and editorial writer at *Nihon Keizai Shimbun* before becoming an independent author. His writing focuses on the history of economic thought, economic policy, finance, and the development of modern economics for a broad readership. His best-known work, "The Economics of the University of Tokyo: A 150-Year History," traces the evolution of economics in Japan through the history of the University of Tokyo and examines its influence on academic research and public policy.
