倉持 浩明（KURAMOCHI Hiroaki）- サイバーセキュリティ専門家

倉持 浩明（くらもち ひろあき、1974年–）は、日本のサイバーセキュリティ専門家。ラック取締役・上席執行役員CTO（最高技術責任者）。1996年にラックに入社し、システムエンジニアやプロジェクトマネージャーとして、金融・製造・流通・小売などのシステム開発と運用に携わった。その後、サイバーセキュリティ事業の統括を経て、研究開発や次世代のセキュリティ事業、サイバー安全保障に取り組んでいる。専門はWebアプリケーションのセキュリティ、脅威インテリジェンス、AIセキュリティ。Webセキュリティのガイドライン策定や講演・執筆にも携わり、開発者だけでなく、システムを発注する事業企画者やプロジェクト責任者に向けた教育を行っている。安全なWebシステムを開発するための知識を整理した『基本がわかる安全設計のWebシステム――要件定義から役立つ必須知識』では、認証やセッション管理を狙う攻撃、暗号化通信の仕組み、入出力処理に潜む脆弱性などを解説。要件定義から開発の各段階でセキュリティを検討するための考え方を示している。また、サイバーセキュリティの基礎を一週間で学ぶ入門書『1週間でサイバーセキュリティの基礎が学べる本』の監修を担当し、同書は2026年11月に刊行予定。システム開発の実務とセキュリティ対策を結び付け、技術者と事業の担当者が共通の知識を持って安全なサービスを設計するための情報を発信している。

Hiroaki Kuramochi (born 1974) is a Japanese cybersecurity specialist and a director, senior executive officer, and Chief Technology Officer at LAC. He joined the company in 1996 and worked as a systems engineer and project manager on the development and operation of systems for finance, manufacturing, distribution, and retail. After overseeing cybersecurity operations, he moved into research and development, next-generation security businesses, and cybersecurity matters related to national security. His specialties include web application security, threat intelligence, and AI security. He has contributed to web security guidelines and provides education through lectures and publications for developers, business planners, and project managers who commission systems. Explaining the knowledge needed to develop secure web systems, “Kihon ga Wakaru Anzen Sekkei no Web System” (a guide to web system security from the requirements stage onward) examines attacks on authentication and session management, the workings of encrypted communications, and vulnerabilities in input and output processing. It shows how security considerations can be incorporated into each stage of a development project. He also serves as technical supervisor for “Isshukan de Cyber Security no Kiso ga Manaberu Hon” (an introduction to cybersecurity fundamentals organized for one week of study), scheduled for publication in November 2026. His educational work connects practical systems development with security measures, helping technical and business teams build the shared knowledge needed to design secure services.
