グン・アヨルザナ（1970–） モンゴルの小説家、詩人、翻訳家。モスクワのゴーリキー文学大学への留学中に民主化という歴史の転換期を経験し、ポスト社会主義世代を代表する文学者として活躍してきた。小説、詩、翻訳、文芸評論を通じて現代モンゴル文学の刷新に大きく貢献し、都市の孤独や歴史の記憶、民族のアイデンティティを詩的かつ哲学的な文体で描いている。2009年にモンゴル文化功労者の称号を受けた。代表作『シュグデン』（Shugden）は、チベット仏教とモンゴル民族の歴史を背景に、信仰、記憶、アイデンティティを問い直した長編小説である。
Gun Ayurzana (born 1970) is a Mongolian novelist, poet, and translator. While studying at the Maxim Gorky Literature Institute in Moscow, he witnessed Mongolia's democratic transition and emerged as one of the leading writers of the country's post-socialist generation. Through fiction, poetry, translation, and literary criticism, he has played a significant role in renewing contemporary Mongolian literature, exploring urban alienation, historical memory, and national identity in a lyrical and philosophical style. In 2009, he was named a Distinguished Cultural Worker of Mongolia. His best-known novel, "Shugden," examines faith, memory, and identity against the historical backdrop of Tibetan Buddhism and the Mongol world.
