グレアム・アリソン（Graham Allison、1940–） 政治学者。ハーバード大学ケネディスクール教授（ダグラス・ディロン記念教授）。専門は国際安全保障、核戦略、米中関係で、アメリカ政府では国防次官補を務めるなど政策立案にも携わってきた。とりわけ新興大国と既存大国の対立を歴史的に分析した「トゥキュディデスの罠」の議論を広めたことで知られる。代表作『米中戦争前夜――新旧大国を衝突させる歴史の法則と回避のシナリオ』（原題: "Destined for War: Can America and China Escape Thucydides's Trap?"）は、米中対立を歴史的な大国間競争の視点から分析し、その行方を考察した国際政治論である。
Graham Allison (born 1940) is an American political scientist and the Douglas Dillon Professor of Government at Harvard Kennedy School. Specializing in international security, nuclear strategy, and U.S.–China relations, he has also served in senior positions in the U.S. Department of Defense. He is best known for popularizing the concept of the "Thucydides's Trap" to explain the risks of conflict between rising and established powers. His best-known book, "Destined for War: Can America and China Escape Thucydides's Trap?," examines the historical patterns of great-power rivalry and their implications for the future of U.S.–China relations.
