Grace Blakeley（グレース・ブレイクリー、1993年生まれ）は、イギリスの経済学者、ジャーナリスト、作家。オックスフォード大学で哲学・政治学・経済学（PPE）を学び、ロンドン大学で経済学の修士号を取得した。現代資本主義、金融システム、不平等、国家と市場の関係を専門とし、金融危機や新自由主義の構造をわかりやすく解説する論客として知られている。新聞や雑誌への寄稿、テレビ・ラジオへの出演を通じて積極的に発信を続け、イギリスを代表する若手政治経済評論家の一人とされる。2024年刊行の『バルチャー・キャピタリズム 巨大企業と国家による自由と民主主義の乗っ取り』（原題：Vulture Capitalism: Corporate Crimes, Backdoor Bailouts, and the Death of Freedom）では、巨大企業と国家権力が結び付く現代資本主義の構造を分析し、金融資本と政治権力の癒着が自由や民主主義に及ぼす影響を鋭く論じている。
Grace Blakeley (born 1993) is a British economist, journalist, and author. She studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at the University of Oxford before earning a master's degree in economics from the University of London. Blakeley specializes in political economy, financialization, inequality, and the relationship between markets and the state. Widely recognized as one of Britain's leading young economic commentators, she writes and speaks extensively on capitalism, corporate power, and economic policy through books, journalism, and broadcast media. Her book Vulture Capitalism: Corporate Crimes, Backdoor Bailouts, and the Death of Freedom (2024) examines how concentrated corporate power and financial interests shape modern democracies. Her other notable works include Stolen: How to Save the World from Financialisation, The Corona Crash, and Vulture Capitalism: Corporate Crimes, Backdoor Bailouts, and the Death of Freedom.
