Gleb Tsipursky is an American behavioral scientist and management consultant whose work applies cognitive neuroscience and behavioral economics to decision-making, risk management, and changes in the workplace. He is the CEO of the consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts and previously spent more than fifteen years in academic research and teaching, including seven years at The Ohio State University. In “The Psychology of AI Adoption at Work: From Resistance to Results,” he argues that AI initiatives often stall because of job anxiety, distrust, and perceived threats to employees’ professional identities rather than technical shortcomings alone. Drawing on more than one hundred consulting projects and over fifty interviews, he provides a framework for building trust, sustaining adoption, and measuring results.
