Claudia Goldin（クラウディア・ゴールディン、1946年生まれ）は、アメリカの経済学者、経済史家。ハーバード大学教授。労働経済学、経済史、ジェンダー格差を専門とし、女性の教育、就業、賃金、キャリア形成の歴史を長期的な視点から研究している。『Career and Family』『Understanding the Gender Gap』『The Race between Education and Technology』などの著書を通じて、労働市場における男女格差の構造や、教育・技術・家族が経済に与える影響を明らかにしてきた。2023年には、女性の労働市場に関する実証的研究によりノーベル経済学賞を受賞し、ジェンダーと経済をめぐる議論に大きな視野を与えている。
Claudia Goldin (born 1946) is an American economist and economic historian, and a professor at Harvard University. Her work focuses on labor economics, economic history, and gender inequality, with particular attention to women's education, employment, wages, and career trajectories over the long run. She is the author of Career and Family, Understanding the Gender Gap, and The Race between Education and Technology, among other works that illuminate the structural roots of gender gaps in the labor market and the broader economic effects of education, technology, and family life.
