Chris Miller（クリス・ミラー）は、アメリカの歴史学者、作家。タフツ大学フレッチャー・スクール教授。専門は国際史、経済史、テクノロジー地政学で、半導体、サプライチェーン、米中関係、ロシア政治などを研究している。『Chip War』『Putinomics』『We Shall Be Masters』『The Struggle to Save the Soviet Economy』などの著書を通じて、技術、経済、国家戦略が国際秩序を形づくる過程を分析してきた。とりわけ『Chip War』では、半導体が現代の産業・軍事・地政学の中核に位置づけられるまでの歴史を描き、テクノロジーをめぐる覇権競争の実像を明らかにしている。
Chris Miller is an American historian and author, and a professor at the Fletcher School at Tufts University. His work focuses on international history, economic history, and the geopolitics of technology, with particular attention to semiconductors, supply chains, U.S.–China relations, and Russian politics. He is the author of Chip War, Putinomics, We Shall Be Masters, and The Struggle to Save the Soviet Economy, books that examine how technology, economics, and state power shape the international order.
