越川慎司（こしかわ・しんじ）は、日本の経営コンサルタント、起業家。株式会社クロスリバー代表取締役。国内外の通信会社を経て、2005年にMicrosoft米国本社に入社し、その後、日本マイクロソフトでPowerPoint、Excel、Microsoft Teamsなどの事業責任者・業務執行役員を歴任した。2017年に株式会社クロスリバーを設立し、週休3日・フルリモート・複業を実践する組織を運営しながら、800社以上の働き方改革や生産性向上を支援している。AIを活用した大規模な行動分析に基づく実践的な仕事術で知られ、『AI分析でわかった トップ5％社員の習慣』『世界の一流は「休日」に何をしているのか』『できるリーダーの基本』など、多数のベストセラーを執筆している。
Shinji Koshikawa is a Japanese entrepreneur, management consultant, and productivity expert. He is the founder and CEO of Cross River Inc..
