小峰隆夫(こみね・たかお、1947年生まれ)は、日本の経済学者、エコノミスト。東京大学経済学部卒業後、経済企画庁(現・内閣府)に入庁し、経済企画庁調査局長、国土交通省国土計画局長などを歴任。退官後は法政大学大学院教授、日本経済研究センター理事・研究顧問などを務め、日本経済論、経済政策論、人口問題を専門に研究してきた。官僚、研究者、教育者として長年にわたり日本経済を見つめ続け、その豊富な実務経験と実証分析に基づく論考で高い評価を受けている。『平成の経済』で読売・吉野作造賞を受賞。著書に『平成の経済』『人口負荷社会』『私が見てきた日本経済』『最新日本経済入門』(共著)などがある。

Takao Komine (born 1947) is a Japanese economist and one of Japan's leading authorities on economic policy. After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he joined the Economic Planning Agency, where he served in senior positions including Director-General of the Research Bureau and Director-General of the National and Regional Planning Bureau at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Following his government career, he became Professor at Hosei University and later served as a Director and Senior Research Adviser at the Japan Center for Economic Research. Specializing in the Japanese economy, economic policy, and demographic economics, he is widely respected for combining practical policy experience with rigorous economic analysis. His book "The Heisei Economy" received the Yomiuri–Yoshino Sakuzo Prize. His other notable books include "The Burden of Population Decline," "The Japanese Economy as I Have Seen It," and "Introduction to the Japanese Economy" (co-authored).
