小林大祐（こばやし だいすけ、1976年 - ）は、日本の不動産投資家、実業家。大学卒業後、情報通信系企業を経て富士ゼロックスに勤務し、27歳で会社員を続けながら起業。現在はホームコンサルティングソリューションズ株式会社代表取締役を務め、不動産投資を中心とした資産形成について情報を発信している。「不動産アニキ」の名でYouTubeでも活動する。『2035年 増える富・消える富の見分け方 インフレ地獄を生き抜く資産戦略』では、インフレや地政学リスク、資源をめぐる競争など世界経済の変化を踏まえ、不動産、金、暗号資産、円やドルなどの資産を取り上げながら、資産価値を守り、増やしていくための考え方を解説している。
Daisuke Kobayashi (born 1976) is a Japanese real estate investor and entrepreneur. After graduating from university, he worked for an information and communications company and later at Fuji Xerox, while starting his own business at the age of twenty-seven. He is currently President and Representative Director of Home Consulting Solutions and shares his approach to wealth building, particularly through real estate investment, under the name "Fudosan Aniki."
