梯 久美子（kakehashi kumiko）- ノンフィクション作家

梯久美子（かけはし くみこ、1961–） ノンフィクション作家。編集者を経て文筆業に転じ、戦争、文学、人物史をテーマに、綿密な取材と豊富な資料に基づく作品を数多く発表している。2005年に刊行したデビュー作『散るぞ悲しき 硫黄島総指揮官・栗林忠道』で大宅壮一ノンフィクション賞を受賞し、『狂うひと 「死の棘」の妻・島尾ミホ』では読売文学賞、芸術選奨文部科学大臣賞、講談社ノンフィクション賞を受賞した。『散るぞ悲しき 硫黄島総指揮官・栗林忠道』は、栗林忠道が家族に宛てた手紙などを丹念に読み解き、硫黄島の戦いを一人の指揮官の生涯と家族への思いを通して描いている。

Kumiko Kakehashi (born 1961) is a Japanese nonfiction writer. After working as an editor, she began writing books based on meticulous archival research and extensive interviews, focusing on war, literature, and remarkable historical figures. Her debut book, "Chiru zo Kanashiki: Iōtō Sōshikikan Kuribayashi Tadamichi," won the Ōya Sōichi Nonfiction Prize, and her later work "Kuruu Hito: The Wife of 'The Sting of Death' Author Toshio Shimao" received the Yomiuri Prize for Literature, the Minister of Education's Art Encouragement Prize, and the Kodansha Nonfiction Prize. Her best-known work, "Chiru zo Kanashiki: Iōtō Sōshikikan Kuribayashi Tadamichi," reconstructs the Battle of Iwo Jima through General Tadamichi Kuribayashi's letters, portraying both his leadership in war and his devotion to his family.
