カサハラテツロー（Kasahara Tetsuro、1977–） 漫画家。SF、歴史、青春漫画など幅広いジャンルで活躍し、緻密な作画と丁寧な人物描写を生かした作品で知られる。手塚治虫作品の世界観を受け継ぐ『アトム ザ・ビギニング』では作画を担当し、ロボットと人間が共存する未来を描きながら、『鉄腕アトム』誕生以前の物語を新たな視点で描き出した。代表作『アトム ザ・ビギニング』（Atom: The Beginning）は、ゆうきまさみ・手塚眞によるコンセプトをもとに、若き日の天馬博士とお茶の水博士を主人公として描いたSF作品である。
