Peter F. Drucker (1909–2005) was an Austrian-born management scholar and social thinker who spent most of his career in the United States. Widely regarded as the father of modern management, he developed influential ideas on management, innovation, nonprofit organizations, knowledge workers, and the changing role of business in society. He taught for many years at Claremont Graduate University, where his work shaped generations of executives, entrepreneurs, and academics. His landmark book "Management" remains one of the foundational works on organizational purpose, effectiveness, and leadership, and continues to influence management practice around the world.
