ゆうきまさみ（ゆうき まさみ、Masami Yuki、1957–） 漫画家。1980年代から活躍し、SF、コメディ、警察ドラマ、歴史漫画まで幅広いジャンルで作品を発表してきた。緻密な世界観と親しみやすい登場人物を描く作品で多くの読者を魅了し、『機動警察パトレイバー』のほか、『じゃじゃ馬グルーミン★UP!』や『新九郎、奔る！』、『アトム ザ・ビギニング』（コンセプトワークス）など、時代やジャンルを超えて意欲的な作品を生み出している。代表作『機動警察パトレイバー』（Mobile Police Patlabor）は、近未来を舞台に警察用ロボット「レイバー」を運用する特車二課の活躍を描き、リアルな世界観と魅力的な登場人物で漫画・アニメの両分野に大きな影響を与えた作品である。
Masami Yuki (born 1957) is a Japanese manga artist whose career has spanned science fiction, comedy, police drama, and historical fiction. His works are known for their richly developed settings, engaging characters, and approachable storytelling, earning him a wide readership across generations. In addition to creating "Mobile Police Patlabor," he has produced acclaimed series such as "Jajauma Groomin' UP!," "Shinkuro, Hashiru!," and contributed the original concept for "Atom: The Beginning." His best-known work, "Mobile Police Patlabor," is a landmark science fiction series set in a near future where police units operate giant robots known as Labors, and remains one of the most influential titles in both manga and anime.
