横山勲(よこやま つとむ、Tsutomu Yokoyama、1988–) ジャーナリスト。河北新報編集部記者。地方自治や東日本大震災の復興、調査報道を中心に取材を続けている。執筆に携わった連載「止まった刻 検証・大川小事故」で新聞協会賞、「東日本大震災10年」で再び新聞協会賞を受賞したほか、「企業版ふるさと納税」の寄付金還流疑惑に関する一連の報道で新聞労連ジャーナリズム大賞を受賞した。代表作『過疎ビジネス』は、第73回菊池寛賞を受賞した調査報道をもとに、地方創生をめぐる官民連携の実態や制度の課題を丹念な取材で読み解いている。
Tsutomu Yokoyama (born 1988) is a Japanese journalist and reporter for Kahoku Shimpo. His work focuses on local government, post-disaster reconstruction, and investigative journalism. He contributed to the award-winning series "The Stopped Time: Reexamining the Okawa Elementary School Disaster," which received the Japan Newspaper Publishers & Editors Association Award, and to the special feature "Ten Years after the Great East Japan Earthquake," which received the same award. His best-known book, "Depopulation Business," is based on his prize-winning investigation into alleged abuses of the corporate hometown tax donation system and examines the realities of public-private partnerships and regional revitalization in Japan.
