略歴（Biography）
牛尾 剛（うしお つよし、1971年生まれ）は、日本のソフトウェアエンジニア、著作家。大阪府生まれ。関西大学卒業後、大手SIerでITエンジニアとしてのキャリアを始め、2009年に独立。アジャイル、DevOpsのコンサルタントとして活動したのち、2015年に米国マイクロソフトに入社した。現在は米国本社のAzure Functionsプロダクトチームでシニアソフトウェアエンジニアを務めている。ソフトウェア開発、クラウド、アジャイル、DevOps、組織の生産性をテーマに、実務経験に基づく発信を続けており、エンジニアの働き方や思考法をわかりやすく伝える著者として高く評価されている。著書に『世界一流エンジニアの思考法』『ITエンジニアのゼロから始める英語勉強法』などがある。

Tsuyoshi Ushio (born 1971) is a Japanese software engineer, author, and technology speaker. After graduating from Kansai University, he began his career as a software engineer at a major Japanese systems integrator before becoming an independent consultant specializing in Agile development and DevOps. In 2015, he joined Microsoft in the United States, where he is a Senior Software Engineer on the Azure Functions product team. Widely recognized for his practical approach to software engineering, Ushio writes and speaks about software development, cloud computing, Agile methodologies, DevOps, engineering productivity, and professional growth. Drawing on his experience in both Japan and Silicon Valley, he shares insights that help engineers build technical excellence and develop a global mindset.
