戸塚 啓（TOTSUKA Kei）- スポーツライター

戸塚啓（とつか・けい、1968年–）は、神奈川県出身のスポーツライター。法政大学法学部法律学科を卒業後、サッカー専門誌の記者を経てフリーランスとなり、1998年大会以降のFIFAワールドカップ、日本代表、Jリーグなどを継続的に取材している。大宮アルディージャの公式ライターを務め、テレビやスポーツ専門チャンネルではサッカー解説も担当。『青の群像――サッカー日本代表クロニクル1992～2007』『マリーシア――駆け引きが日本のサッカーを強くする』『低予算でもなぜ強い？――湘南ベルマーレと日本サッカーの現在地』などを著し、中西哲生との共著『ベンゲル・ノート』では、アーセン・ベンゲルの指導をもとにサッカーの戦術とトレーニングを伝えている。

Kei Totsuka (1968–) is a Japanese sports journalist from Kanagawa Prefecture. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Hosei University, he worked as a reporter for a football magazine before becoming a freelance writer. He has covered the FIFA World Cup since the 1998 tournament, as well as the Japan national team and the J.League. He has also served as an official writer for Omiya Ardija and as a football commentator on television and specialist sports channels. His books include “Ao no Gunzo,” a chronicle of the Japan national team from 1992 to 2007, “Maresia,” an examination of tactical gamesmanship in football, and “Teiyosan demo Naze Tsuyoi?,” a study of Shonan Bellmare and Japanese football. He also co-authored “Wenger Note” with Tetsuo Nakanishi, drawing lessons about tactics and training from Arsène Wenger’s coaching methods.
