略歴（Biography）

土門蘭（どもんらん）は、日本の小説家、ライター。人間関係や家族、仕事、自己理解をテーマに、小説とノンフィクションの双方で執筆活動を行っている。綿密な取材やインタビューをもとに、一人ひとりの人生や感情を丁寧に描き出す作風で知られ、現代社会に生きる人々の葛藤や成長を温かなまなざしで描いている。近年は、聞き書きやインタビューの手法を生かした作品や、ジャーナリング、セルフケア、働き方に関する著作も手がけ、自己理解や対話の大切さを伝える活動を幅広く展開している。
