チャールズ・フレイジャー（1950年–）は、アメリカの小説家。故郷ノースカロライナ州の山岳地帯やアメリカの歴史を題材にしている。デビュー作『コールドマウンテン』（Cold Mountain）は、南北戦争から故郷へ帰ろうとする兵士と、彼を待つ女性を描き、1997年の全米図書賞を受賞した。その後も、19世紀のアメリカを舞台にした『Thirteen Moons』（未邦訳）などの長編を発表している。

Charles Frazier (born 1950) is an American novelist who draws on the history and landscape of his native North Carolina. His debut novel, “Cold Mountain” (『コールドマウンテン』), follows a soldier trying to return home during the American Civil War and the woman waiting for him. It won the 1997 National Book Award. His later novels include “Thirteen Moons,” set in nineteenth-century America.
