天外 伺朗（TENGE Shiro） - 著者・元技術者

天外伺朗は、技術開発や組織、人の生き方について執筆する著者。オーディオ技術を扱う著作ではデジタル化のしくみを解説し、『人材は「不良社員」からさがせ』では創造的なプロジェクトを支える人材と組織の関係を考えた。現在は講座などを通して、個人と組織の変容を探究している。
