デボラ・ウィリス（Deborah Willis、1948年 - ）は、アメリカの写真史研究者、写真家、キュレーター。ニューヨーク大学ティッシュ芸術学部のUniversity Professorを務め、アフリカ系アメリカ人の写真史、黒人の身体表象、女性、美と視覚文化を研究している。ニューヨーク公共図書館のショーンバーグ黒人文化研究センターやスミソニアン協会で写真コレクションや展覧会に携わり、歴史の中で見過ごされてきた黒人写真家とその作品の発掘・研究を進めてきた。2000年にマッカーサー・フェローに選出。『The Black Civil War Soldier: A Visual History of Conflict and Citizenship』（未邦訳）では、南北戦争に従軍した黒人兵士の写真、手紙、記録などを読み解き、彼らが戦争と奴隷解放に果たした役割と、写真が黒人の市民権や戦争の記憶をどのように形づくってきたのかを明らかにしている。
Deborah Willis (born 1948) is an American historian of photography, photographer, and curator. A University Professor at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, her research focuses on African American photographic history, representations of the Black body, women, beauty, and visual culture. She previously worked with photographic collections and exhibitions at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture at the New York Public Library and the Smithsonian Institution, and has played a pioneering role in documenting and preserving the work of Black photographers. She was named a MacArthur Fellow in 2000. In "The Black Civil War Soldier: A Visual History of Conflict and Citizenship," Willis draws on photographs, letters, and other archival materials to reconstruct the experiences of Black soldiers during the Civil War and to examine how photography shaped ideas of Black citizenship, military service, emancipation, and the public memory of the war.
