デボラ・コーエン（Deborah Cohen）は、アメリカの歴史学者。ノースウェスタン大学教授を務め、近現代ヨーロッパ史を専門としている。とりわけイギリスの社会史・文化史を中心に、家族、プライバシー、福祉国家、ジャーナリズムなどをテーマに研究を続けてきた。代表作『Last Call at the Hotel Imperial』では、第一次世界大戦後から第二次世界大戦前夜にかけて活躍した4人の外国特派員の生涯を通して、戦間期の国際政治とジャーナリズムの役割を描いている。
